Yahoo Abolishes Work-From-Home Policy - A Moms Matter Hangout - Feb 26, 2013. Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer announced a change to company policy. Starting in June, any employee with a work-from-home arrangement must now work in the Yahoo! office. The announcement ruffled a few feathers here at The Stir. The change is supposed to foster communication and collaboration, but what does it mean for employees with kids, or who live far away from the nearest office?
